Designed specifically to meet the identification requirements of wire and cables, our Wire and Cable Identification Sleeve is made of halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin. It boasts excellent electrical, physical, chemical, and printing properties, making it the perfect choice for your identification needs.
This sleeve can be easily printed using marker printers, ensuring permanent identification that meets the highest standards. It complies with RoHS, Reach, IEC61249-2-21, and EU2002/72/EC standards, guaranteeing its quality and safety.
With an operating temperature range of -55ºC to 125ºC, this sleeve can withstand extreme conditions. Its minimum shrink temperature is 70ºC, while the minimum fully recovery temperature is 110ºC. The standard color of the sleeve is white yellow, but other colors are available upon request.
Featuring a shrink ratio of 3:1 or 2:1, this sleeve is flexible and halogen-free flame-retardant. It is also easy to print on, thanks to its excellent printing property. Permanent identification is guaranteed, making it applicable for various industries, including SAE AS81531.
