Our wire and cable identification sleeves are specially designed to meet the requirements of identifying wires and cables. Made of halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin, these sleeves offer excellent electrical, physical, chemical, and printing properties. They can be easily printed by marker printers, ensuring permanent identification.
The TMS125 sleeves meet the requirements of various standards, including RoHS, Reach, IEC61249-2-21, and EU2002/72/EC. With an operating temperature range of -55ºC to 125ºC, these sleeves are suitable for a wide range of applications. The minimum shrink temperature is 70ºC, while the minimum fully recovery temperature is 110ºC.
The standard color of these sleeves is white yellow, but other colors are available upon request. The sleeves have a shrink ratio of 3:1 or 2:1, providing flexibility and ease of use. They are also halogen-free and flame-retardant, ensuring safety in various environments.
One of the key features of these sleeves is their excellent printing property, allowing for clear and permanent identification. They are compliant with SAE AS81531 standards.
