Designed by Shanghai Wellco International Limited, these wire and cable identification sleeves are specially crafted to meet all your identification needs. Made from halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin, these sleeves offer excellent electrical, physical, chemical, and printing properties.
With the ability to be printed by marker printers, these sleeves provide permanent identification that meets the requirements of RoHS, Reach, IEC61249-2-21, and EU2002/72/EC standards. The operating temperature range of these sleeves is -55ºC to 125ºC, making them suitable for various environments.
The minimum shrink temperature is 70ºC, while the minimum fully recovery temperature is 110ºC. These sleeves come in standard colors of white and yellow, but other colors are available upon request. The shrink ratio options include 3:1 and 2:1, providing flexibility for different applications.
Not only are these sleeves halogen-free and flame-retardant, but they are also easy to print on. Their excellent printing property ensures permanent identification, making them applicable for SAE AS81531 standards. Additionally, these sleeves are compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations, ensuring their safety and environmental friendliness.
