Introducing our special designed wire and cable identification sleeves, meticulously crafted to meet the specific requirements of wire identification. These sleeves are made from halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin, ensuring exceptional electrical, physical, chemical, and printing properties.
With the ability to be printed by marker printers, these sleeves offer permanent identification, making them highly reliable and efficient. Our TMS125 sleeves comply with the RoHS, Reach, IEC61249-2-21, and EU2002/72/EC standards, guaranteeing their quality and safety.
Operating within a temperature range of -55ºC to 125ºC, these sleeves are suitable for various environments. The minimum shrink temperature is 70ºC, while the minimum fully recovery temperature is 110ºC, ensuring optimal performance.
Our standard color options include white and yellow, but we also offer other colors upon request. The shrink ratio options are 3:1 and 2:1, providing flexibility for different applications. Additionally, these sleeves are halogen-free and flame-retardant, ensuring safety and reliability.
One of the standout features of our sleeves is their excellent printing property, allowing for clear and permanent identification. These sleeves are SAE AS81531 applicable, further enhancing their versatility and usability.
