Our heat shrinkable fabric can withstand extreme temperatures, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C for up to 3000 hours. This ensures reliable performance even in harsh environments.
For optimal recovery, we recommend heating the fabric to a minimum temperature of 100°C. The recommended recovery temperature range is 110°C to 130°C, ensuring complete restoration of the fabric's original shape and properties.
When not in use, the fabric should be stored in a maximum temperature of 60°C to maintain its quality and longevity.
Our fabric has a 2:1 shrink ratio, allowing for easy and efficient installation. This means that the fabric will shrink to half of its original size when heated, providing a tight and secure fit.
The fabric has an approximate wall thickness of 1 mm when fully recovered. This ensures durability and protection in various applications.
On full recovery, the fabric experiences a longitudinal change of -10% to -20%. This guarantees a snug fit and excellent performance even after repeated use.
